We started our real estate investment journey 3 1/2 years ago. Mike and Kathy were recommended to us by an investor friend and we are so grateful for the recommendation. I contacted Mike when I decided to sell my home and downsize. I was apprehensive about selling, as I had had my home custom built, had absolutely loved living in it, and had been there for 15 years. Ok, I'll be frank, very frank. I so much wanted to flip homes and make it my career. I am 20 years old short fellow with peach fuzz face that has a relative who is an investor. My investor and I found Mike by surfing the internet. We read these recommendations that you see on this screen and now here I am adding to them. When we first called Mike and met with him at his office with my investor we explained what we wanted to do and Mike drew out a plan. What a plan it was. Mike laid the plan and we followed it to the letter.
Too bad he doesn't write a book on it.
Believe it or not, last year, as a result of following the plan, I profited a 6 digit figure flipping 4 homes that Mike Laurie found. The prices were astonishing and Mike did all the negotiations for both the buying and the selling. What the heck, if I made money buying, why not give him his fee for selling.
To say that Mike is the best agent in the area is an understatement, and if in doubt, I will be glad to show you my files and see the numbers for yourself. When I close on a home, Mike comes to the Title company. The funniest thing is that the officer at the Title company stares at me and I know he is looking at my peach-fuzz face, so young and already successful.
Mike is a career planer and the sharpest real estate agent around. When I sell my homes through him, he will work with the buyers agent and go through all the hoops to qualify the buyers and teach the real estate new lessons, and when he makes a purchase, he does a darn good job in doing the most detailed comparative analysis. He will never call me on a property unless its a slam dunk money maker.
Me and Mike have a long term plan and to be frank, it is to be rich. Last year I was 6 digits ahead. The crazy thing about my testimony here is that most who read it, will think this is all staged. Tell you what, I will make a bet if you are in doubt. Have Mike have us meet, and I will be glad to open my books, of course, you will loose, and I will make more money. Who ever said that having another source of income is a crime.
To be honest, I intentionally made my testimony sound like a sales pitch. You see, I am a little selfish, and would like to keep Mike all for myself.
If you are a winner, pick up the phone as my investor did, and if you are a looser, then keep doubting while I succeed. Call it the American greed, call it whatever, I call it success. God bless America.
